1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ab99o ("the Company", "we", "us", " our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ab99o online betting and casino platform available at https://ab99o.io and any associated subdomains or services.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ab99o platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and ab99o. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

The ab99o platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ab99o reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the ab99o platform. ab99o operates as an international platform and does not warrant that its services are legal in all territories. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following categories of persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on ab99o:

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ab99o. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where ab99o identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any remaining balances, and void any pending bets or withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ab99o applies a Know Your Customer verification process to all accounts before withdrawal requests are processed or where unusual account activity is detected. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ab99o supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and domestic bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ab99o does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Daily deposit limits may be set by ab99o at its discretion and may vary by payment method. Players may request voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ab99o reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value.

4.4 Refused Transactions

ab99o reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, ab99o may freeze the account and report the transaction to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ab99o offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (and deposit amount where applicable) and must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bets placed on certain game categories or markets may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering completion, as detailed in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ab99o actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided, any winnings derived from those bonuses forfeited, and their account reviewed for suspension.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unused bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account without notice. ab99o does not issue extensions to bonus expiry dates except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

ab99o reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per account, and may be adjusted without prior notice. The confirmation of a bet on screen constitutes acceptance; bets are not valid until confirmed.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, casino game outcomes, or system malfunction, ab99o reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies whether the error resulted in a gain or loss for the player. A "manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person in the player's position would recognise as an error.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on ab99o are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. These rules cover event abandonment, postponement, player withdrawals, weather interruptions, and other event-specific scenarios. Where these Terms conflict with specific sport rules, the specific sport rules shall apply to that market.

6.4 Casino and Live Casino

All casino games on the ab99o platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as declared by the respective game provider. ab99o does not modify game RTP settings.

6.5 Disconnection Policy

ab99o is not responsible for bets that are interrupted due to network disconnections, device failures, or internet outages on the player's end. Where a game session is interrupted mid-round, the platform will attempt to resume or settle the round based on the last confirmed game state. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during active betting sessions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab99o platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or chargeback fraud.
• Collusion between players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional structures rather than engage in genuine wagering activity.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on inside knowledge of fixed sporting events.
• Hacking, interfering with, or reverse-engineering any part of the ab99o platform, its software, or its servers.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at ab99o staff or other players in any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ab99o platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ab99o or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the ab99o platform without prior written consent from ab99o. Unauthorised use of ab99o's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab99o's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab99o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if ab99o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ab99o does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game outcome will occur. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ab99o collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable law and our legal retention obligations.

ab99o will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities only where necessary to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by ab99o

Upon suspension, access to the platform will be blocked and withdrawal of funds will be subject to investigation and verification.

12.2 Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, any outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with normal betting rules and any verified remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Account closure requests may take up to 5 business days to process.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ab99o reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has commenced. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin. Account closure remains available at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

ab99o reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record, or by prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ab99o is incorporated as an international online gaming platform.
